A native Virginian, Jeff Copeland attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University obtaining his professional degree in 1977.  After working for several years with other Virginia Architectural firms, Jeff joined William Henry Harris & Associates in 1988. 

His special expertise in church master planning and design as well as his understanding of Code analysis has made him a valuable member of the Harris Team.

His design experience has included the following building types: educational facilities including elementary, secondary and high schools, colleges, and universities; athletic facilities including gymnasiums and recreation centers; church or church-related projects including sanctuaries, educational buildings, fellowship halls, family life centers; and housing including custom residential and multi-family; commercial buildings including retail stores, office/warehouses, motels, banks, mini-storage warehouses, professional offices, corporate offices, and restaurants; parks and visitor center design; governmental facilities including testing facilities, historic structures, exhibition facilities; fire stations; fire safety and accessibility upgrades of existing structures and offices.

Kent Watson
Director of Construction Administration

A native of Richmond, Kent Watson served as a Marine in Vietnam prior to working for several years with other Virginia architectural firms. Kent joined William Henry Harris & Associates in 2004 and has served as the firm’s Construction Administrator for the firm’s church projects in central and Tidewater Virginia.

His past project experience has included the following building types: educational facilities including colleges, and universities; athletic facilities including gymnasiums, and recreation centers; church or church-related projects including sanctuaries, educational buildings, fellowship halls, and family life centers; commercial buildings including professional offices, and corporate offices; governmental facilities including courts and offices.
