Elk Hill Farm, Inc., a non-profit residential educational program located on historic land once owned by Thomas Jefferson, completed the last phase of their Master Plan developed by William Henry Harris & Associates in the Fall of 1990 with a new non-denominational chapel, in May of 2003.

The new 1,000 sq. ft. worship space is adjacent to the existing Scott Center completed in 1993.  The chapel crowns a 100-acre campus designed with facilities for state of the art accommodations for youth treatment and educational use.  

The new Chapel provides seating for 150 as well as space for assembly activities.  The facility is completely accessible by the physically handicapped, and is designed to match the architectural style of the existing campus buildings.
