Services Offered

Our services are tailored to each client's requirements and are organized to give each client the ability to control the outcome of his project in terms of concept, time and budget. Our goal is to provide functional as well as aesthetically pleasing solutions for each project, and to ensure economy in initial construction costs in addition to future maintenance and energy costs.

The MasterPlan Workshop

Architect William Henry Harris employs his unique MasterPlan Workshop process that has been successful with more than 90% of his past clients.

The process has three phases: Information Gathering; Crafting the Master Plan; and the Master Plan Presentation.

In Phase 1, Information Gathering, he meets with numerous church members in focus groups and observes The Church in action.

In Phase 2, Crafting the Master Plan, Mr. Harris meets with the Planning Committee over a period of weeks to help the church determine their growth potential and expansion needs.  He reviews several alternative schemes with the Committee, and through a team approach, identifies the best solutions for the Church’s near and long term space requirements.

In Phase 3, the result of the Planning Committee’s efforts will be the Master Plan that Mr. Harris presents to the church congregation for approval.

Funding and construction documents for the project can then proceed as soon as the congregation is financially able, with permitting and construction following soon after.
